:::DISPLAYS:::
Packaging and Point-of-Sale

Successful retailing of BookBoxes™ requires an active merchandising strategy. BookBoxes™ are not like wooden bowls that everyone understands. They are actually quite hard for shoppers to recognize. Without proper merchandising, BookBoxes™ 'disappear' in stores full of brightly colored gift ware.

No one immediately thinks of hiding their T.V. remote controls in a hollow book - but they think it is a great idea once introduced to the concept

The keys to success are:

1. helping shoppers to find and understand what BookBoxes™ really are, and

2. introducing them to some of the millions of possible applications (not just hiding jewelry).

If you are going to retail BookBoxes™ please use one of our displays to help shoppers discover them, or be sure to have a strategy of your own that helps the uninitiated to overcome the 'recognition hurdle".

Individual Packaging Each BookBox™ is wrapped in a cardboard sleeve that serves as a provocative sign and as protective packaging. Putting a sign on each book that says 'These are not books" encourages shoppers to explore further and ultimately to find out what BookBoxes™ really are.

Inside each BookBox™ is a Product-Card (in the form of a book mark) that provides suggestions of how to use BookBoxes™ and that offers background details on how they are made and by whom.

Displays

Wire displays are available at cost. The purchase price is then offset at 10% of BookBoxes sales until fully reimbursed.

The displays hold approximately 15 books per shelf.

Both table top (two tier) and floor displays (five tier) are available.

The displays are black with a bold header sign.
